Successful people consistently do what normal people refuse to do. It's a quote from Andy Frisello, and it's one I absolutely love, particularly this time of year. Hi, everyone. At the time of recording, this is the 30th of December 2019 - we're between Christmas and New Year's - and it's a time where I really like to get to thinking about what is 'normal'.
Do you believe you can succeed with your healthy lifestyle and/or weight loss in any situation (including over over the festive season)? What is your capacity for sustaining your success? Here are some of my thoughts about how to build that capacity.
What is your belief about your capacity to succeed? Especially at this time of year? With the holidays, the end of year celebrations, the school breakups, the travel, the guests, the visitors, the temptation, food and the indulgences. What is your belief about your capacity to create and live a healthy life at this time of year?
