Why do you do what you do?
When it comes to your health and well being - what action have you been taking and why? Is that bringing you what you want? If not, it's because of your truth (and, good news, that truth is optional).
What are your personal truths about your health, your fitness, your will being? What are your truths about your weight loss efforts so far? In my last video, I made a statement about the best weight loss or fitness plan is the plan that you can sustain. It's the one that you can adopt and make part of your everyday life. It's one you can do forever and that's because, ultimately, it is what you do that matters.
What's the best weight loss plan for me?
The answer, of course, is the one that you can sustain! The one you can live for the rest of your life.
Any plan (even one you create for yourself) is simply an opportunity for you to pay attention to you habits; to find the ones that work for you, and change the ones that don't.
Lots of people ask me, what's the best weight loss or exercise plan for them What do I think about this plan or that plan or this program or this idea? And although I'm happy to share with what works for me, I actually think that question misses the point. The best plan is the plan that you can sustain for life. It's the one that teaches you and helps you learn how to have anything you have in a healthy balance.
Every Action we take, we do for a reason. Every choice we make, makes our life.
Are your Actions (behaviours, choices, decisions) aligned with your Success?
This moment is your life. In fact, our entire life is made up completely of all of the actions that we take. All the decisions we make, on a moment by moment basis. I really want you to consider that. Really take a moment to think about this concept, that your life is simply the accumulation of all the decisions, all of the actions, all of the beliefs that you have made, over time.
Are you already living the future life that you want? If not, why?
The answer is always because of what you're believing!

Your reality is a reflection of your strongest belief.
Today, I'd like to ask you to consider that idea. That the reality the you are currently living, the state of your life, as it currently is, is an absolute reflection of whatever you are believing the most. Whatever is your strongest belief. I really want you to think about that.
