When I'm feeling 'a bit off' or 'running on empty' it's helpful to know how to fill your own tanks. (So here's some of my hints). In this video I discus the importance of checking in with yourself, acknowledging your energy levels with kindness, and taking steps to 'fill your tanks' if you want to.
