We self-impose limits on our potential by deciding that we 'can't', or 'it's too hard'. I used to do this with movement. In this video I use movement as an example of how you can overcome those limits in any area of your life. I'd love to know what limits you uncover, how you make movement fun, and what new activities you're trying out.
