Are you already living the future life that you want? If not, why?
The answer is always because of what you're believing!
In this video I discuss doubting yourself vs believing in yourself.

What will you choose?

Transcript
Your reality is a reflection of your strongest belief.

Today, I'd like to ask you to consider that idea. That the reality the you are currently living, the state of your life, as it currently is, is an absolute reflection of whatever you are believing the most. Whatever is your strongest belief. I really want you to think about that.
What are you believing? that's creating the reality you have right now?

Are you living the future successful life that you've been wanting to live? Do you feel like you are already the person you've been trying to become? Or are you still a work in progress? Have you been holding yourself back. Are you falling short of the expectations that you have?

When you've had success in your life? What did you believe about yourself that brought you that success that you've had, so far? Maybe it was things like I can do it. I'm doing it. This is possible for me. I'm in charge. It's my responsibility.

Or if you haven't, when you've not had success, when you fallen short, when you've delayed or procrastinated, what are you believing about yourself, that is holding you back from your success, right now?

If you're not sure have a listen to your internal dialogue. Have a think and pay attention to the kinds of thoughts, the kind of sentences that you're saying to yourself in your mind. Things like doubt. "I don't think I can. I've never done it before. I'm not good enough." (But) Is it indecision? "I'm not sure what's the right thing to do? I don't believe I'll get it right. What will happen if I get it wrong? You know, I don't know what's the right answer" you know? That's confusion, right?

"I don't know. It's too hard." I'm going to suggest that all of those kinds of thoughts are the kinds of things that hold you back. Like the doubt, the indecision, the confusion, they're the things that lead us to not act, to stay safe, to keep doing what we've always done, to stay stuck. To sabotage. To procrastinate.

Wherever you are, if your internal dialogue is about certainty, confidence or about commitment. "I am doing this. I have no doubt. This is absolutely within my control within my abilities. I'm committing to do it no matter what. "

It's really interesting when we do actually decide to do something. The certainty, the confidence the commitment comes from that decision. So no matter which way you've been, with your noticing a success, or you've been holding yourself back from your success, I want you to know that holding on to the beliefs that you've been having to. The doubt or the certainty, is optional.

You don't have to keep it if it's not serving you. Or if it is serving you, it's optional to keep choosing it on purpose. You know, beliefs are choices right? They're about decisions that we just make. Sentences, we think in our mind enough times, decisions we make again and again and again, until they become automatic. They're become habitual.

And trouble we run into is that sometimes when we've had them so long, we've been thinking them so often, that it's so habitual, that we just decide, or we believe that those are true, for us. But just believing that doesn't make them true. It just means we're believing them. And so it's really optional.

So if you've been going "I'm not a person who could" or "I could never" or "I always undermine my success, I don't know if I can do it". Remember, that's an optional thought. You could think differently.

Your brain will always give you the reasons why you can't succeed. Why you can't be on track, where you can't do it. And yet it is committing to the future. Right? Committing to that future you want, the future you that you want to become, no matter what, that changes your life.

And I'll say that again, it's so important. I really want you to wrap your head around it. Pay attention, right? Your brain will always give you very good reasons why you can't do it. Yet it is committing to the future you want that actually changes your life.

What if you just decided to let the doubt go, to let the indecision go? What if you just made a decision, and practiced certainty. That no matter what decision I make, this is the right decision for me. What if I just decide that I can do it, instead of I can't. What if I just allow myself the possibility that I can have the future I want?

What if procrastinating, indecision, confusion, we're just no longer options for you? What if quitting on your success was just no longer an option you gave yourself. Have to think about what would happen in your brain if you couldn't just put it off, start again tomorrow. Start again Monday. Start again after the holidays. Start again after Christmas. What if you could just go, right if I don't know, I'm just going to pick something and act on it. I'm just going to choose one path and decide that it's right for me.

Because you know what? It will be, right. Whenever you don't give yourself the option to delay your success, to put it off, to give into doubt and uncertainty and insecurity, then your brain has to come up with new ways of moving you forward. It has to come up with new ideas and new solutions to the challenges that you face. So that always moves you forward.

Whether or not they work perfectly first go, you learn something you try something out. You get into action, you get into momentum. You go "Oh yes, parts of that worked, that I'll keep. Parts of that didn't work, that I'll change. I'll adjust and I'll try again because I am committed. If you don't allow the delay, if you don't allow the indecision, you don't allow the doubt to be an option for you anymore. Your brian has no choice but to move you forward.

So what if you were committed to getting started? Or to taking that next step? What would commitment look like for you? What if you had that commitment - that I am going to act towards and from my future no matter what. I recognize my power to make decisions to have options. I'm choosing the future me that I want to become. I'm choosing the future that I want to be living into. No matter what actually goes on in my life.

What would that look like?

I'd love for you to let me know. And particularly if you challenge this idea of doubt, and you decide to believe on purpose, you decide to act on purpose. Let me know what you're choosing differently. I'd love to hear from you in the comments. And of course if this video has been useful for you, make sure you give me a like, give me a reaction. It's so exciting at the moment. I have a new class of students going through my stop sabotaging your weight loss course. And lots of them are coming up to this doubt, this insecurity this worry, right now. And it's a beautiful thing to be able to remind them, and to remind you - that you don't have to do that, if you don't want to. You can just choose.

Now, of course, if you're watching and you'd like some help, then consider reaching out to me for free one to one consultation. Coaching is about helping you make that commitment to your future, to stay committed, no matter what's going on in your life, particularly when your brain gives you all the reasons why you can't. So, let's take that step forward, together.

For now, "Magic is believing in yourself. If you can do that, you can make anything happen." Have an amazing day. And I look forward to talking with you soon.
