Thank you Brian for this powerful video. Slow but sure.
My small change for the next 3 weeks (and the past few days) is taking the dog for a walk each morning, and I won't forget because the dog will remind me! I am house/dog sitting over at Jindalee.

Living in the western suburbs during this time, and a good drive away from my gym and my unit at Teneriffe I am mindful to keep on track and not lose my momentum in my healthy habits.

So. Monday morning 11am is my regular gym circuit with my 'Oldies' group over at Gasworks. With our trainer we have weight training, cardio and a good laugh. That small change I made weeks ago, so I'm driving over there this morning.
Thank you again for the power of a small change

Thank You Jean - and congratulations on making these small (but powerful) changes. When you make these changes realistic, as you've done, then they become habits that are just part of your life - no matter what's going on in your world, or where you are. Keep up the great work!
