2019 #17 Removing Limits (Movement)

We self-impose limits on our potential by deciding that we 'can't', or 'it's too hard'. I used to do this with movement. In this video I use movement as an example of how you can overcome those limits in any area of your life. I'd love to know what limits you uncover, how you make movement fun, and what new activities you're trying out.

Thank you for the video Brian. Always inspirational.
My Movement. I am working on bone and muscle strength this year, attending 'older adult' classes at my Healthworks Fitness Centre gym twice a week which is a good workout and great fun as we work with partners.
My new challenge this past week was to explore the gym's other group exercises. "Body Balance" 7.30am, 30 minutes to wake up the body with stretches (most enjoyable) and then into yoga poses - bit of a challenge as quite advanced. But the next 30 minute session was "Body Pump" using weights. Love weights and it will improve my bone and muscle health which is what I'm looking for. I'll definitely do that group session again.

Sounds like you're doing the work (and having fun along the way) Jean. Awesome! Congrats on exploring the options that are available to you - it's how you find the things that you enjoy and that work for you and your goals. Keep up the great effort!
